Registration and Check-in<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Compliance with Order INT\/1922\/2003<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

In accordance with current regulations, all guests over the age of 16<\/strong> must be registered, and their details communicated to the police authorities.<\/p>\r\n

    Arrival at the Apartment<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

    We aim to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible.<\/p>\r\n

    • Key collection:<\/strong> At our reception in Benasque BPirineos<\/strong> (Avenida Los Tilos 12).<\/li>\r\n
    • Reception hours:<\/strong> Every day from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n

      If you arrive outside reception hours, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>, and we will send you instructions on how to collect your keys.<\/p>\r\n

      If the outside temperature requires it, the heating will be turned on before your arrival.<\/p>\r\n

        Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.<\/p>\r\n

        Cleanliness and Order<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

        Please leave the apartment in a clean and orderly condition, as expected from normal use.<\/p>\r\n

        • Dispose of trash in the street containers.<\/li>\r\n
        • Place used dishes in the dishwasher.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          Noise and Respect for Neighbors<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n
            \r\n
          • Respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
          • Maintain a peaceful atmosphere and be considerate of neighbors by avoiding disruptive or disrespectful behavior.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

            Lost Keys<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

            If you lose the keys or leave them inside the apartment during your stay or at check-out, you will be responsible for the costs associated with lock replacement and new key copies.<\/p>\r\n

            Keys and Security<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n
              \r\n
            • Ensure all doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the apartment and turn off the heating.<\/li>\r\n
            • Return the keys at check-out (by 11:00 AM<\/strong>) in the designated drop box at the BPirineos office (marked \"KEY DROP-OFF\"<\/strong>).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

              We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules and conditions to ensure the return of your security deposit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 648-699-884<\/strong>\u2014we will be happy to assist you.<\/p>\r\n

              Failure to comply with these rules may result in partial or full retention of the security deposit. The deposit may be used to cover costs for damages, losses, or additional cleaning if necessary.<\/p>\r\n
