Registration and Check-in
Compliance with Order INT/1922/2003
In accordance with current regulations, all guests over the age of 16 must be registered, and their details communicated to the police authorities.
- Mandatory online check-in: All guests over 16 must complete the online check-in before arrival using the platform and credentials provided at the time of booking.
Arrival at the Apartment
We aim to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible.
- Check-in time: From 5:00 PM onwards.
- Key collection: At our reception in Benasque BPirineos (Avenida Los Tilos 12).
- Reception hours: Every day from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

If you arrive outside reception hours, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will send you instructions on how to collect your keys.
If the outside temperature requires it, the heating will be turned on before your arrival.
Additional Services
- Dining service: We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a local restaurant, featuring traditional dishes and a variety of options. Contact us for more information and reservations.
- Long stays: For stays of more than 7 days, we provide a towel and linen change along with basic cleaning.

Welcome to Our Tourist Apartment!
We hope you feel at home during your stay. To ensure a pleasant coexistence with neighbors and proper maintenance of the property, please keep in mind the following rental rules:
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Cleanliness and Order
Please leave the apartment in a clean and orderly condition, as expected from normal use.
- Dispose of trash in the street containers.
- Place used dishes in the dishwasher.
Noise and Respect for Neighbors
- Respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Maintain a peaceful atmosphere and be considerate of neighbors by avoiding disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
Lost Keys
If you lose the keys or leave them inside the apartment during your stay or at check-out, you will be responsible for the costs associated with lock replacement and new key copies.
Keys and Security
- Ensure all doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the apartment and turn off the heating.
- Return the keys at check-out (by 11:00 AM) in the designated drop box at the BPirineos office (marked "KEY DROP-OFF").

Failure to comply with these rules may result in partial or full retention of the security deposit. The deposit may be used to cover costs for damages, losses, or additional cleaning if necessary.
