Reservations cancellation policy. 

• Any reservations made through a third party platform are subject to their own terms and conditions.

The policy detailed below is exclusively for reservations made direct with BPirineos:

1. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a full refund. Any reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. 

2. The full reservation amount must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

3. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

4. If the guest leaves before the scheduled date for reasons beyond the control of BPirineos, there will be no right to a total or partial refund of the stay.

5. In the event of cancellation by BPirineos, an alternative accommodation with as many similar characteristics to the booked property.   

EXCEPTIONAL cancellation policy for COVID 19

1. If the guest needs to cancel outside the cancellation period (15 days prior to arrival), due to Covid-19 reasons, the reservation will be canceled and subject to a full refund. This policy will take effect in situations such as:

1. Mobility restrictions: Guests must present certification of their residence in a confined area, with restricted mobility or with health recommendations that prevent using the accommodation

2. Hospitalization due to Covid-19: Guests must send a medical certificate.

3. Quarantine restrictions due to Covid-19: Guests must send a medical certificate.

2. If your area at the time of booking is confined, with restricted mobility or with sanitary recommendations that prevent the booking to be made effective, BPirineos reserves the right to cancel the reservation for sanitary reasons, having no obligation to relocate or pay for an alternative  accommodation in a different location.
